Objective:
Create an automated workflow to seamlessly manage webinar registrations from Zoom within Zoho CRM, ensuring efficient contact management and accurate event tracking.
My Role:
I managed and personally designed this automation workflow, tailored specifically for our client’s unique requirements.
Workflow Details:
When a participant registers for a scheduled webinar via Zoom, the system automatically initiates a verification process within Zoho CRM.
The system checks the existing Contact Module:
If the registrant already exists, their record is linked directly to the relevant event within our custom Event Module.
If the registrant is new, a contact record is automatically created, after which it is associated with the specific webinar event in the custom Event Module.
Results:
This efficient workflow has successfully executed 118 times to date, significantly streamlining the client’s lead management process. Our client has expressed great satisfaction with the effectiveness and reliability of this solution.
